At Savoy Housing Group, we offer two levels of housing support. Across the West Midlands, including Coventry, Wolverhampton, Walsall and surrounding areas, we provide our Support into Transitional Housing Scheme to help individuals move toward independent living. In Birmingham only, we offer Supported Accommodation for those who need structured, day-to-day support.
All our rooms are newly refurbished, fully furnished, and designed to feel safe, modern, and welcoming—helping residents settle in quickly and begin rebuilding with confidence.
Fast and Easy Move-In
Finding a safe place to live shouldn’t be stressful. Whether joining our transitional housing scheme (West Midlands) or supported accommodation (Birmingham), we make the process quick and simple—many residents can move in on the same day.
No deposit is required, and we welcome DSS residents on all benefit types, including ESA, PIP, JSA, Universal Credit, and Income Support. This ensures individuals can secure housing without financial barriers.
