What We Do?

Empowering Independent Living with Purpose

Our primary ambition is to empower individuals to live confidently and independently. Across the West Midlands—from Birmingham to Coventry, Wolverhampton to Walsall—we deliver our Support into Transitional Housing Scheme, helping people begin their journey toward stable, independent living.

In Birmingham only, we also provide Supported Accommodation for those who require day-to-day structured support. By combining safe, well-maintained homes with compassionate, personalised guidance, we ensure every resident has the opportunity not just to survive, but to truly flourish.

Trusted Housing Support Across the West Midlands & Birmingham

At Savoy Housing Group, we offer two levels of housing support designed to meet people where they are. Across the West Midlands, we provide our Support into Transitional Housing Scheme, helping individuals take their first steps toward stability and independent living.

Within Birmingham, we also deliver carefully structured Supported Accommodation for residents receiving ESA, PIP, or Universal Credit who require a more secure and managed living environment.

Each home—whether transitional or supported—is safe, welcoming, and designed to help individuals rebuild their lives in dignity and confidence.

We recognise that many residents face unique challenges, and our approach remains rooted in respect, compassion, and understanding. By creating a stable, structured foundation, we empower individuals to overcome barriers, develop independence, and move toward a brighter, more resilient future.

We support residents with:

  • Mental health needs

  • Anti-social behaviour concerns

  • Emotional requirements

  • Learning difficulties and understanding

  • Building trust and self-confidence

  • Coping with daily responsibilities

  • Developing pathways to independence

Personalised & Human-Centred Support

Every resident begins with a personalised assessment conducted by our caring support team. Whether joining our support into Transitional Housing Scheme (West Midlands) or our Supported Accommodation programme (Birmingham), we listen closely to the challenges each person faces—emotional wellbeing, finances, life skills—and design a tailored one-to-one support plan grounded in dignity, choice, and empowerment.

Holistic Support for Everyday Life & Long-Term Development

Our support framework—available across the West Midlands through transitional housing and within Birmingham through supported accommodation—covers both immediate needs and long-term development:
:

  • Ensuring safe, clean, and welcoming homes

  • Assisting with benefit navigation, budgeting, and financial planning

  • Teaching daily living skills: cooking, cleaning, shopping, and correspondence

  • Encouraging social interaction, local engagement, and hobbies

  • Connecting residents to training, education, and job opportunities

  • Offering mental health support and counselling referrals

  • Assisting with securing long-term housing options and understanding housing lists

By delivering this holistic range of services, we equip residents with the tools, confidence, and resilience needed to pursue a stable, independent future.
